How are you doing? Catch up with events since the last session.

Planning & Action Items
Make a list of work that needs to be completed for the current week for each subject
Break work into manageable chunks
Assign a day/time to work on each item
Set up reminders as needed

Skill Building
Discuss, rate and track overall stress level, and follow through on habits, routines, strategies each week
Discuss if any habits, routines, strategies need to be tweaked
If stress levels are high and are interfering with work completion, we will discuss the possible stressors and discuss potential strategies for reducing stress
Work on Study Skills if needed
Update Reflection Page on personalized Google Spreadsheet to allow students to build self-awareness around the habits, routines and strategies that are contributing to their goals and overall well-being.

Sessions are completed virtually. Through the use of Zoom, Google Docs, and screen sharing, students are active and engaged throughout the session. It also allows for coaching to occur at the convenience of the student, whether they are away at school, or at home. Most assignments are digital, so we can look at them together online, and make a plan to complete them.
