Jump Start Package
This 6 session package is ideal for students who are new to Academic Coaching, and would like to see if it is a good fit for them. It is also for students who need a jump-start to begin the semester, to set them on the right path.

Package includes:

Up to 40 Minutes, Weekly, 1-1 session
Identify academic goals, and create a clear action plan
Begin to develop organizational and planning systems
Learn and begin to implement effective study techniques
Learn about the effects of stress on the mind and body, and begin identifying and working on reducing sources of stress
Weekly check-ins to ensure follow-through on habits, commitments and assignment due dates and provide non-judgemental accountability
Detailed Session Summary and updated Assignments/Tests Spreadsheet e-mailed to parents/students after each session
Unlimited text/e-mail communication with students and parents between sessions

Build Skills Package
This 10 session package is the perfect opportunity for students to continue working towards and expanding their goals, continuing the momentum of building skills, and developing and revising habits and routines that support being a successful student.
