My Coaching Process

Inquiry Call (Complimentary)

- 15 minute call that is an opportunity for me to learn about the strengths and challenges that the client is experiencing.
- Discuss coaching goals, and what is currently getting the way of achieving those goals.
- I will share additional information about coaching, and we will collaboratively identify if we are a "right fit" for each other.

Intake Session

- Discuss Strengths and Interests
- Assess current Executive Function Skills
- Create goals for coaching
- Data will be collected and analyzed from the psycho-educational assessment, IEP and recent report cards
- Initial email contact with mental health providers and/or other professionals as needed

Weekly Coaching Sessions

- See Coaching Sessions page for a detailed explanation of a typical coaching session.

Phasing Out Coaching

- The phasing out of coaching is approached incrementally with the goal of educating and coaching students to better manage their daily tasks, while reducing the intensity of my intervention to allow for independent practice.
- This could look like reducing from weekly sessions to a check-in every other week, then once a month, and then deciding on an end of service date.
